Emmanuel Mission Schools

Emmanuel Mission Schools is a Christian based foundation for needy pupils in Nairobi, Kenya, who are disadvantaged by poverty. It offers an excellent and conducive learning environment for young boys and girls. The school provides physical and spiritual nourishment such that our students grow up equipped with the life skills necessary to serve their communities and the world. The school partners with Connie Welch Ministries, Inc. and is lead by its Director, Rev. Lucy Nduta Yala.

Connie Welch Ministries is dedicated to the liberation and advancement of God's people through the teaching and application of His Word. The ministry's mission is based upon the six-fold ministry of the church: proclamation, teaching, worship, fellowship, witness, and service. The ministry is committed to providing opportunities for: 1) the teaching and the application of God's word; 2) advocating community service and the improvement of the overall welfare of the community; and 3) fostering the collaboration of religious, social, and economic organizations for the betterment of all people.

Emmanuel Christian Institute partners with Connie Welch Ministries in the United States and South Africa and with the esteemed Samuel DeWitt Proctor School of Theology and the Center for Lifelong Learning and Leadership at Virginia Union University in Richmond, VA.
